My doula services are customized to your individual needs. I begin by understanding your goals, hopes, and fears and use that to guide my education and support. I believe in caring for the whole family β tending to the physical, emotional, and relational changes a new baby may bring. My goal is to help you understand the birth process, facilitate expectation setting, and show-up for you with compassionate, affirming, and evidence-based support.

- 1 postpartum visit after your birth (in-person)
- Continuous lactation support during first 2 weeks postpartum
- Text support during first 4 weeks postpartum

π€ Postpartum Support
Sometimes you could use an extra set of hands or just another empathetic adult to talk to after the baby arrives. From nourishing meal prep and new born care tips to giving you a few hours of uninterrupted sleep, I enjoy helping my clients settle in and build confidence in their role.
Day Time Support
- Research, education, and access to my online resource center, referral lists, and postpartum planning workbook
- Text and email support throughout pregnancy
- 1 virtual prenatal planning session focused on building out your vision for what you want your postpartum recovery to look like. (1 hour via Zoom)
- Postpartum visits (minimum 4 hour visits, in-person) can include:
- Infant care education
- Feeding support for however you choose to feed your baby (e.g. body, bottle, both)
- Light meal prep
- Light house work including washing bottles/pumping supplies, tidying baby clothes, home organization
- Phone/text/video support from day baby is born through our postpartum agreement

Night Time Support (Limited Availability for clients located in Washington Heights, Harlem, and Inwood)

I know returning to work outside the home can bring its own challenges and anxiety. From finding reliable childcare and developing effective home systems to self-compassion and expectation setting, I'm here for you as you make the transition back to work.

I provide my services on a sliding scale for pregnant people who are BIPOC, undocumented, single, currently unemployed. Everyone deserves a doula. If you feel like you qualify for sliding scale, please contact me.
