We’ll cover the inner and outer work of preparing for a meaningful return—like navigating identity shifts, setting realistic goals, and planning for support at home and at work. With a blend of emotional insight and practical tools, this course empowers you to return to work feeling more like yourself—not less.

  • Identify your professional strengths and the unique value you bring
  • Understand your company’s parental leave policies and benefits
  • Explore return-to-work pathways that align with your goals and situation

Focus: Growth, Identity & Reflection

  • Define your “North Star” for this season—both personally and as a family
  • Learn how to document your experiences and growth alongside your baby
  • Begin integrating motherhood into your evolving identity and life rhythm

Focus: Intentional Planning & Courageous Boundaries

  • Revisit your core values and version of success as you prepare to re-enter the workplace
  • Reflect on strengths developed during maternity leave and how to channel them professionally
  • Identify courageous conversations you want or need to have—with your manager, partner, or yourself
  • Create a boundary-setting plan you can introduce and sustain in your new working-mom life

  • Practice task management techniques and lean into support—at work and at home
  • Reflect on what’s working (and what’s not) in your current personal/professional juggle
