With a blend of emotional insight and practical tools, this course empowers you to return to work feeling more like yourself—not less.

- Define your “North Star” for this season—both personally and as a family
- Learn how to document your experiences and growth alongside your baby
- Begin integrating motherhood into your evolving identity and life rhythm

Focus: Intentional Planning & Courageous Boundaries
- Revisit your core values and version of success as you prepare to re-enter the workplace
- Reflect on strengths developed during maternity leave and how to channel them professionally
- Identify courageous conversations you want or need to have—with your manager, partner, or yourself
- Create a boundary-setting plan you can introduce and sustain in your new working-mom life
